Job Description:
We're looking for a Chemical Process Operator to join our Blade Manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll support the production and repair of critical aerospace components by preparing materials, operating equipment, and ensuring all work meets strict quality and safety requirements. If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy working in a manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you.

Shift: Primarily Monday-Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends) | 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
Shift Differential: $1-$3/hour based on assigned workdays
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
What You'll Do:
  • Operate equipment and support chemical processing operations
  • Prepare and mix materials according to process requirements
  • Modify and process parts to meet production specifications
  • Inspect work using measuring and inspection tools
  • Follow production procedures, quality standards, and process controls
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Follow all environmental, health, safety, and quality requirements
  • Assist with other production-related tasks as needed

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Manufacturing, chemical processing, metalworking, or production experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
