Luxury Wedding Event Team – Servers & Prep Chefs

$24.00/hour | One-Day Event

Event Details

Date: Saturday, August 15, 2026

Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Location: Angwin, CA

Parking: Available at the winery (carpooling encouraged)

We are hiring professional Event Servers and Prep Chefs for an exclusive luxury wedding at a stunning private winery in Angwin, CA.

This is a high-end event where every team member plays an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience. We're looking for individuals who are dependable, energetic, detail-oriented, and take pride in providing outstanding hospitality.

Whether your strength is front-of-house guest service or back-of-house food preparation, we'd love to hear from you!

Available Positions

Event Servers (4 Openings)

Servers will be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming experience while providing polished, attentive service throughout the wedding.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests with a smile and professional attitude
  • Passing champagne, welcome beverages, and hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour
  • Assisting with family-style dinner service
  • Refreshing wine and beverages throughout dinner
  • Maintaining beverage stations (coffee, lemonade, lemon water, etc.)
  • Assisting with bar setup, stocking ice, mixers, garnishes, and supplies
  • Keeping service areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
  • Assisting with event setup and post-event cleanup

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting chefs with food preparation
  • Washing, peeling, cutting, and organizing ingredients
  • Preparing food items as directed
  • Keeping prep stations clean and organized
  • Restocking supplies throughout service
  • Assisting with kitchen cleanup and breakdown
  • Following food safety and sanitation standards
  • Taking direction well and working efficiently as part of the kitchen team
  • No advanced culinary experience is required, but prior kitchen, prep, restaurant, or catering experience is preferred.
