We're looking for Line Cook (Cook 2/3) professionals to permanently join our culinary team in Girdwood, Alaska.
What You'll Do
As a Cook 2 or Cook 3, you'll play an essential role in delivering high-quality dishes to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing fresh ingredients including meats, seafood, and vegetables.
  • Cooking and plating dishes to perfection while maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Following recipes to ensure consistency and accommodating dietary requests.
  • Managing inventory by monitoring stock levels and maintaining proper food storage.
  • Keeping the kitchen clean and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
