Essential Job Functions / Physical Requirements:

  • Lift, lower, and carry objects up to 50 lbs. (over 50 lbs. require a two-person lift)

  • Push and pull objects up to 50 lbs., up to shoulder height with arms

  • Perform forward bending, rotating, twisting, bending at the knees, stooping, kneeling, squatting, crouching, pivoting, reach, grasp and crawling for the purposes of installing, operating, and maintaining equipment

  • Work at heights (up to 35 feet), wearing fall protection, climb stairs/ladders/platforms, etc., on and around equipment, balance on uneven work surfaces for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting

  • Stand, sit, and/or walk for long periods of time on surfaces such as concrete, uneven surfaces, and equipment

  • Use basic hand tools (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, brooms) for cleaning, inspecting, lubricating equipment, performing calibration, wrapping and unwrapping pallets, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of work area

  • Operate Material Handling Equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other lift truck equipment, while sitting or standing for long periods

  • Meet the requirements of safe operation and personal safety, including wearing eye protection, foot protection, and hearing protection, and respond appropriately to various visual and audible alarms and signals for equipment operation, evacuation, fire, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education is required.

  • Flexibility to work rotating or fixed shifts.

  • Some roles may require a valid driver's license.

Work Schedule:Schedules may vary based on the role, and can include rotating day/night shifts, fixed day or night shifts, with advance notice for any changes.

Starting Pay:$25.25 /hour

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
