As a Locum CRNA, you will play a key role in the anesthetic care pathway, from preoperative evaluation and anesthesia planning to intraoperative management and recovery. Working on-site in Spokane, you will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing professionals to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate patient outcomes. This entry-level contract assignment is ideal for a newly certified or early-career nurse anesthetist looking to build hands-on clinical experience in a supportive and medically challenging environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive preoperative assessments and review patient medical histories
  • Develop individualized anesthesia care plans based on patient needs and surgical requirements
  • Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels throughout surgical procedures
  • Manage airway, ventilation, and oxygenation to maintain patient stability
  • Administer anesthetic agents, fluids, and medications as required
  • Document anesthesia care accurately and timely in patient records
  • Provide post-anesthesia evaluation and support during recovery periods

Requirements
