Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Siding. In this role, you will assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of various siding and metal systems on commercial and/or residential buildings. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a hands-on environment with room for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with or perform the installation of metal siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, and other exterior building materials
  • Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand and power tools
  • Install panels and flashing in accordance with building codes and blueprints
  • Ensure work is completed to quality standards and job specifications
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
  • Load and unload tools and materials on job sites
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in construction, siding, or metal work is preferred but not required for helper positions
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and use ladders and scaffolding
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
