Installer Apprentice

Fast growing custom closet and home organization company looking for motivated individuals to join our installation team. This is an entry level position with paid on the job training and opportunities for advancement.

The Installer Apprentice will work alongside experienced installers to learn how to install custom closets, garages, pantries, home offices, and other organization systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand and power tools, and takes pride in doing quality work.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist experienced installers with residential installations
  • Learn to read measurements, drawings, and installation plans
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Help load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
  • Follow installation procedures and quality standards
  • Interact professionally with customers while working in their homes
  • Work efficiently as part of an installation team
  • Learn the skills necessary to advance to an Installer position

Qualifications
