  • Use a variety of tools including drills, levels, suction cups, and measuring tapes
  • Safely lift and maneuver glass panels (up to 100 lbs)
  • Apply caulking and ensure watertight, seamless finishes
  • Maintain a clean and protected work area in customer homes

  • Physically capable of lifting heavy materials, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for long periods
  • Team-oriented with pride in craftsmanship and detail
  • Willing to follow directions, ask questions, and continuously improve
  • Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional manner
Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with levels, caulking techniques, and power tools
  • Previous experience working in residential job sites or customer-facing roles
What's In It for You
  • Weekly pay with skill-based progression opportunities
  • $18–$30/hour (skill-based pay program).
  • Clear career path: Installer → Lead Installer → Supervisor → Installation Manager
  • Full-time hours with consistent work (no seasonal layoffs)
  • Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Employee discounts on products.
  • Training and advancement opportunities.
  • Comprehensive, hands-on training program
  • Be part of a respected, growing team that values craftsmanship and quality.

  • Pair-based work structure with frequent homeowner interaction
  • Fast-paced, detail-oriented installation work with daily variety
