Job description

We are hiring! Starting at $18.75/hour.
Full-Time, 2nd shift (afternoon/evening).
Work schedule includes combination weekdays, weekends, and some holiday shifts.
Weekend availability required.
Do you want an opportunity to serve with compassion and help others in our community? We seek patient and dedicated caregivers to assist adults with developmental disabilities in their neighborhood group homes. Our Caregivers / DSPs provide support to adults living in CILA homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) with around-the-clock care. Developmental Foundations, a family-owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is hiring Caregivers / DSPs for our group homes in LINCOLN, IL.

Pay:
  • $18.75/hour

  • DSP training is provided and paid. Once trained, you will become a certified DD Aide and will be added to the Health Care Worker Registry (HCWR)

Qualifications:
