We are looking for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our team. At Kendall Chevrolet GMC Cadillac of Eugene, our Sales Department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community.

This is not an entry level position. Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years' work experience with demonstrated success in vehicles sales, previous management experience preferred. Required schedule will include evenings and weekends; extended work hours will often be required without advanced notice. Our Sales Managers are responsible for growing our sales department through coaching and providing support to the Salespersons. We are looking for candidates with strong leadership skills as well as proven success in Automotive Sales.


In the Used Sales manager role, you will be working directly with the sales staff to assist in closing sales, actively participate in vehicle price negotiation, appraise incoming vehicles, sell finance products, conduct Finance Manager roles including getting deals financed, paperwork, contracts in transit, working with the Chevrolet GMC Cadillac factory, conduct sales meetings and trainings and supervising sales staff ensuring policy and procedure compliance. Other duties to include stocking an efficient and profitable vehicle inventory, plan, organize and control dealership sales activities and maintaining knowledge and complying with laws and regulations affecting vehicle sales.


Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, well organized, complete work in a timely fashion, have superior customer service and communication skills, be able to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality and of course want to treat our clientele with the upmost respect. A valid driver license and good driving record is required.


Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
