Jaguar Land Rover Technician Benefits:
  • Up to $65 Per Flat Rate Hour for Technician
  • Annual Longevity Bonus
  • Technicians with Land Rover or Jaguar experience preferred by not required

Jaguar Land Rover Technician Responsibilities:
  • Complete work on each repair order with efficiency and in alignment with dealership, state and factory standards.
  • Address the customer's primary concern with diagnosis, repair and quality control.
  • Perform the Multi Point Inspection on every vehicle
  • Notify the Service Advisor promptly if the car has more or less concerns than you originally thought.
  • Master our Dealer Management System for time keeping, work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes and communication.
  • Keep your workspace clean and tidy and ensure that your organization will allow you to account for any and all dealership tools.
  • Attend factory or dealership trainings with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain knowledge of all factory bulletins.
  • Understand federal, state and local regulations.

Jaguar Land Rover Technician Qualifications:
  • Automotive technician experience or equivalent education
  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities
  • Process and detail oriented with developed organizational skills
  • Ambitious and possess a desire to learn and grow within our company
