Business Systems Analyst - Field Operations Platform
Duration: Long-Term Contract Opportunity
Location: Hybrid (St. Louis, Charlotte, or Denver preferred)
About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support a rapidly growing mobile operations platform used by a large field workforce organization.
This platform supports multiple operational groups and is evolving from a single application into a broader workflow-driven business platform. The team is looking for an analyst who thrives in ambiguous environments and enjoys turning complex business challenges into clear, actionable requirements.
This is not a traditional documentation-focused BA role.
The successful candidate will partner directly with business stakeholders, uncover requirements that are often incomplete or loosely defined, and create detailed functional specifications that guide successful solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Discovery
  • Collaborate with operational stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges
  • Facilitate discussions to uncover requirements that may not be clearly documented
  • Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Translate business objectives into actionable requirements
Workflow & Functional Analysis
  • Define end-to-end business workflows
