Business Development Representative (BDR)
Locations: Nashville, TN Phoenix, AZ Austin, TX Baton Rouge, LA
Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Prisma is seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business opportunities for our sales team. This is a true business-to-business sales role focused on prospecting, cold outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting for our Account Executives.
If you enjoy hunting for new opportunities, opening doors with prospective clients, and building a sales career, we want to hear from you. This is not a customer service or account support position. Success in this role requires confidence, persistence, strong communication skills, and a desire to exceed sales goals.
What You'll Do
  • Prospect and engage potential clients through cold calls, email outreach, networking, and targeted campaigns
  • Research and identify organizations that align with Prisma's ideal customer profile
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities for Account Executives
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and business challenges
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and sales leaders
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and industry functions to build relationships and generate leads
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data within HubSpot CRM
