Job description

Overview
Join us during a busy season as a Sales Data Analyst-LTE! We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to provide immediate support for a high-volume sales claims processing function. This temporary part-time opportunity is designed to help manage critical operational workloads, improve process documentation, and support the Finance team during a busy season.
Start: ASAP
End: Minimum 3 month, could be extended to January/Feburary depending on workload
Schedule: 20 hours per week, flexible on work hours within 7am-6pm
Work Style: Remote--candidate must live within a 75 mile radius of Madison, WI
Responsibilities
The primary focus of this role will be supporting sales claim back processing and related operational activities, including:
  • Processing and administering customer claim backs for our sales team
  • Assisting with sales claim back reconciliation and documentation
  • Supporting existing sales claim back workflows currently handled by multiple team members
  • Documenting processes, procedures, and best practices
  • Supporting sales transfer activities as needed
  • Utilizing automation tools and chatbot solutions developed to enhance claim back processing efficiency
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas; Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related analytical disciplines
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data manipulation, and analysis
  • Experience in sales operations, finance, accounting, customer claims, or operational support functions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Process-oriented mindset with strong documentation skills
  • Experience working with automation tools or process improvement initiatives is a plus
