Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new Broker partners and guide them through submitting their first loan through our platform
  • Serve as the go-to point of contact for new Brokers, equipping them with the tools, training, and confidence to build a strong loan pipeline
  • Lead live product training sessions and walk clients through setup, usage, and early adoption
  • Track training completion and Broker progress in Salesforce to ensure accurate performance reporting
  • Maintain detailed records of client engagement and Broker milestones using CRM tools
  • Gather client feedback during onboarding to help shape product improvements and resources
  • Partner with internal teams, including Technical Support, Software Development, and Partnership Management, to continuously improve the Broker experience
  • Proactively identify friction points and recommend solutions for a seamless client journey
  • Represent RCN Capital at industry conferences and broker training groups
  • Support additional projects and initiatives as needed

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical users
  • Highly motivated with strong work ethic
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding timelines simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a client-first mindset
  • High level of comfortability on the phone

  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional, client-focused role, specifically including phone work or cold calling
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles

  • Background in sales support, technical support, or implementation roles preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in the real estate lending, mortgage or banking industry preferred

Education Requirements:

Work Schedule:
  • Full time
  • Monday-Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM
  • First 90-days are onsite for training
  • Hybrid schedule after - up to 3 days/week remote
