ADay in the Life of a Assistant Manager

You're the boss! As the General Manageryou'll execute strategic long-term and short-term goals to grow the businessand profitability of your restaurant, oversee team development, ensure propertraining and manage day to day operations (sales, food, labor and cash) withcomplete P&L accountability. You're responsible for unwavering protectionof the safety of product above all other job priorities and opening and closingthe restaurant following specified safety procedures. You exemplify personal leadership,people leadership, business leadership and brand leadership. This means you aresomeone who leads by example, accepts responsibility for mistakes, behaves as acoach and mentor and is sensitive to team morale. You've got hustle and workwith a sense of urgency, have a commitment to food safety and you use yourresources efficiently We will provide online management trainingcourses, hands on practice, in-person workshops and coaching and support fromyour Training Store Manager and Area/District Manager.

Atleast 18 years old

HighSchool Diploma or G.E.D required

Ableto pass a background security check

ServSafecertification required

Mustpossess valid driver's license

Mustbe computer literate

1-3years of entry level leadership/management or combination of experience in arestaurant or customer service establishment

Proventrack record exhibiting core leadership competencies as outlined in the FarmerBoys Management Competency Model

Ableto read, speak, take direction and comprehend written instructions in theEnglish language

Physicallyrequired to stand (up to 4 hours at a time), walk, bend, and lift up to 65pounds. Approximately 99% of time is spent in a standing and/or walking mode

Mustbe able to present State or County mandated Food Handler Card within the timeallowed for the specific State or County
