What You'll Be DoingAs a key member of the Sales Department, you'll help keep customer orders, purchasing activities, and internal operations running efficiently from start to finish.
Order Processing & Sales Support- Enter and manage sales orders within company systems
- Transfer manufacturing orders into NetSuite
- Prepare routing documentation and material components
- Support shipping documentation and transaction processing
Purchasing & Vendor Coordination- Create purchase order requisitions
- Follow up with vendors and outside service providers
- Monitor material receipts and resolve discrepancies
Customer Communication- Provide order updates and shipment status information
- Expedite urgent and partial shipments
- Manage communications through customer portals
- Coordinate with Shipping, Purchasing, Quality, and Sales teams
Problem Solving & Process Improvement- Investigate inventory shortages and order discrepancies
- Assist with NetSuite-related material issues
- Track RMAs and rework orders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across sales operations

Qualifications- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination
- Manufacturing or fastener industry experience is helpful but not required
- Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
