About the Role
Join a dynamic biotech manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Operator I, focusing on precision labeling and packaging of critical products. This entry-level, hands-on role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals seeking to build a career in biotech manufacturing. No forklift or heavy equipment operation is required-your focus will be on using labeling and bagging equipment in a clean, safety-driven environment.
Responsibilities
  • Operate, monitor, and adjust labeling and packaging equipment to ensure seamless production flow and top-quality output.
  • Accurately complete all production paperwork, including product reconciliation, label reconciliation, fill checks, and torque checks.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow technicians to achieve daily production targets.
  • Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ISO 13485 guidelines, and safety protocols.
  • Safely handle chemicals and hazardous materials as part of the packaging process.
  • Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing workspaces, machines, and equipment.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities and occasional overtime.
  • Communicate effectively within your team to ensure production goals are met.

Required Skills and Experience
