What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of employee benefits program for new and existing clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion completion of all activities
  • Coordinate implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables with clients, carriers, internal teams, and other stakeholders
  • Review sold paperwork, carrier documentation, and client requirements to ensure accurate benefit plan setup and administration
  • Configure and maintain benefit plans, eligibility rules, deductions, contribution structures, and enrollment workflows within company systems
  • Coordinate and administer open enrollment activities, including system setup, testing, employee enrollment support, and post-enrollment processing and audits
  • Document implementation activities, maintain project records, and ensure required documentation is accurately stored and updated
  • Support annual benefit renewals by reviewing plan changes, updating system configurations, and validating renewal setups
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and members with an ownership mentality
  • Perform analysis of completed payroll, resolve any identified issues and ensure a seamless handoff to the Account Specialist team
