Responsible for having in-depth product knowledge of all products offered through DecisionHR. Work with your team to ensure excellent product delivery. Specialists perform product demonstrations to customers and other stakeholders and assist in their promotions and product releases. As the Benefits Implementation Specialist, you would be responsible for training team members and other departments.The Benefits Implementation Specialist works directly with Implementation Specialists, Human Resources, and Account Management Teams to onboard new clients and deliver client renewals. The Benefits Implementation Specialist will define and document customer requirements, assist in executing all tasks, collaborate with stakeholders, and partner with clients to ensure the flawless setup of products and services. As a specialist, you will be part of the RFP process, proposal, client setup, renewal, and renewal delivery, and will make presentations to client management about our products and onboarding processes. Once a group is onboarded, the specialist is responsible for ensuring that new members are adequately being delivered enrollments in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, is proficient at managing timelines, is client-centric, and ensures projects are completed on time and in scope.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*** Oversee and perform the delivery of client renewals* Supports and collaborates with internal teams for successful client onboarding and renewal* Serves as the primary point of contact and advocate for new clients and renewals during the implementation phase* Conduct new client Open Enrollment meetings* Drive progress of implementation across numerous teams* Facilitates client setups through DHR software* Create and manage project plans, timeline trackers, and other standard implementation management documentation* Gain a granular understanding of a new client's business needs, establishing and documenting processes to support those needs, and the successful onboarding of newly sold cases* Consistently look to improve product deliverables* Create, update, and maintain product knowledge information* Assist in solving complex problems and/or conduct complex analyses based on data and facts* Accurately assess and interpret customer needs and requirements and work with customers to confirm the accuracy and intent of selections* Proactively anticipate issues and facilitate resolution* Create and customize department-specific documents* Drive solutions and problem-solving across numerous functional areas* Set up tools and documentation for implementation and renewal kick-off* Coordination and completion of implementation plan updates from functional leads; meeting notes, tracking down follow-ups* Coordinate across multiple areas including tracking follow-ups, troubleshooting issues, escalating non-responders, and tracking progress* Build and maintain strong working relationships with all vendors and business units, both internal and external* Track tasks, identify opportunities, anticipate potential obstacles, and find solutions* Facilitate and host internal and external conference calls with clients, brokers, and vendors* Establish and document client's business rules in support of client's business objectives* Formulate and communicate the plan of action and resolution for all escalated deliverables* Follow company policies and procedures required to comply with applicable data privacy and confidentiality requirements, including but not limited to SOC controls, and HIPAA Privacy and Security regulations* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned## Qualifications**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE*** Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience* 5+ years Benefits Administration* FL 2-15 License**PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE*** Experience working in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Suite of Programs* Proven track record of client-facing experience* Strong decision-making and creative problem-solving skills* Able to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment with quick turnaround* Excellent organizational skills* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of associates, leaders, and clients #J-18808-Ljbffr
