Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism.

Whether you’re new to ABA or already certified, we provide paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth and an opportunity to change lives!


What You’ll Do
  • Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years)

  • Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision

  • Collect and record behavioral data

  • Support skill development, communication, and social interaction

  • Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration

  • Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment


Pay & Career Growth

Hourly Pay:

  • Entry Level: $15.00/hr

  • RBT I–V: $16.00–$20.00/hr

  • Senior RBT: $21.00/hr

Future BCBA Career Path:
ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Leadership

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Reliable transportation to the clinic

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified)

Preferred:
