Job description

Flow Toyota of Statesville is interviewing for top vehicle exchange sales associates. This is a full time, entry level junior sales associate position for those looking to start a new career in the automotive sales industry. Junior sales associates start off in the vehicle exchange program while learning all about automotive sales and what it takes to be a good sales consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage daily with service customers to present upgrade options through the Vehicle Exchange Program
  • Engage with showroom and digital leads. Identify customer needs and present trade-in and purchase options
  • Maintain knowledge of current inventory, incentives, and financing programs
  • Deliver product demonstrations and guide buying decisions
  • Collaborate with sales managers and service advisors to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Assist the sales and service departments as needed
  • Track all customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Achieve monthly goals for vehicle exchanges and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Professional appearance with a positive, customer focused attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
