The Opportunity
As a US Tech - FTO Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing secure IT systems that support business operations, confirming the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centers to optimize performance and minimize downtime. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on integrating development, operations, and security practices to validate secure, consistent, and efficient delivery of software and applications. This role bridges the gap between teams for seamless and secure application and software development.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role, you will respond effectively to diverse perspectives, use a broad range of tools to generate new ideas, and develop a deeper understanding of the business context. You will uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing secure IT systems to support business operations and optimize performance

- Utilizing tools like Azure DevOps Server and AWS CloudFormation for efficient deployment management

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
