Key Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Prepare, review, and enter invoices into the accounting system.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and financial records.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and payroll-related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
  • Process expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting.
  • Support account reconciliations and audit preparation.
  • Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding billing and payment inquiries.
