Entry-Level Gardener (Cultivation Associate) โ€” $16.80/hr

About Us

Weโ€™re a premier cannabis producer in Oregon, focused on quality, consistency, and sustainable practices. Weโ€™re adding an entry-level Gardener to support daily cultivation work.

What Youโ€™ll Do (Entry-Level)
  • Basic plant care:ย de-leafing,ย adjust trellis, and keep plant labels accurate.

  • Plant moves:ย safely move plants between rooms/racks using carts and dollies per the daily schedule.

  • Room upkeep:ย sweep, mop, wipe surfaces, and sanitize tools; remove and bag plant waste

  • Restocking:ย keep nutrients, PPE, and supplies organized; flag low inventory to leads.

  • Team support:ย help leads with setup/teardown and other routine tasks as assigned.

  • Safety & PPE:ย follow SOPs, wear required PPE, and keep walkways clear.

What You Bring
  • OLCC Marijuana Handlerโ€™s Permit (or ability to obtain by start date).

  • Reliable transportation and valid driverโ€™s license.

  • Able to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work in warm/humid rooms.

  • Strong attention to detail, on-time, coachable, and a team player.

  • Weekend/holiday availability on a rotating schedule.

Nice to Have
  • Basic handyman skills (light repairs, tool use).

  • Prior horticulture or warehouse experience.

Pay & Benefits
  • $16.30/hourย (non-exempt, paid bi-weekly).
