Entry-Level Associate Attorney | Personal Injury Litigation


Atlanta, GA (In-Person)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist with managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis
  • Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
  • Communicate with clients, insurance companies, opposing counsel, and court personnel
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and case managers to move cases forward efficiently
  • Support settlement negotiations and litigation strategy
  • Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met


What We're Looking For

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active Georgia Bar License and good standing
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
