Responsibilities
What You'll Do
• Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, legitimation, contempt, modifications, and other family law matters
• Appear in court for hearings, motions, mediations, and trials
• Manage a caseload from initial consultation through final resolution with mentorship and support
• Develop case strategy designed to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and trial materials
• Work closely with experienced paralegals and legal assistants to move cases efficiently
• Build trusted relationships with clients while providing strategic legal counsel
• Participate in litigation strategy sessions and collaborative case planning
