Compensation:

$80,000 - $105,000 yearly


Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

  • Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, legitimation, contempt, modifications, and other family law matters
  • Appear in court for hearings, motions, mediations, and trials
  • Manage a caseload from initial consultation through final resolution with mentorship and support
  • Develop case strategy designed to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and trial materials
  • Work closely with experienced paralegals and legal assistants to move cases efficiently
  • Build trusted relationships with clients while providing strategic legal counsel
  • Participate in litigation strategy sessions and collaborative case planning

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For

  • Juris Doctor (JD)
  • Active Georgia Bar license in good standing
  • Minimum of two years of courtroom litigation experience
  • Prosecutor, Public Defender, or Criminal Defense experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent oral advocacy, legal research, and legal writing skills
  • Ability to think quickly under pressure and confidently advocate in court
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and sound judgment
