Responsibilities: Manage 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $20-35M+ annually. Own the project financials and job profitability. Orchestrator of the project team client, architect, superintendent, project engineer, etc.

Manage and communicate change orders, purchase orders and invoices. Represent Builtech as the clients primary contact. Daily communication with your project teammates.

Partner with the superintendent to co-develop a master schedule and ensure it is updated weekly. Mentor Project Engineers and Asst. Project Managers to ensure their ongoing career growth.
