Job description

Join Our Team at SERVPRO
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our growing Reconstruction team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in construction and project management with room for advancement within the company.
This position will work closely with our:
  • Reconstruction Project Manager
  • Reconstruction Estimator
  • Design Consultant
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working both in the field and in an office environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with material selections for reconstruction projects
  • Help answer job-related coordination questions
  • Assist with scheduling subcontractors, inspections, and project timelines
  • Support project scoping and documentation
  • Participate in site walks and project inspections
  • Review estimates and project details with homeowners
  • Perform Docusketch scans/documentation when needed
  • Provide general support to the Reconstruction team as projects require
  • Help maintain communication between homeowners, subcontractors, and office staff
Qualifications
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Comfortable learning new software and technology
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to spend most of the day in the field at active construction projects
  • Construction experience preferred, but not required
  • Valid drivers license preferred
