About the Role

This is an entry-level position focused on electrical assembly and wiring within a hands-on manufacturing setting. You’ll work with electrical panels, perform point‐to‐point wiring, handle circuit boards and relay panels, and use basic tools such as wire strippers and crimpers. Prior experience is helpful but absolutely not required—success in this role is driven far more by mindset than background.

The strongest candidates will demonstrate:

  • Professionalism and reliability
  • Willingness to learn and stick with the role long-term
  • Curiosity and engagement—especially during the interview

If you sit quietly, give short answers, or don’t ask questions, you will not move forward. They want people who want to be there and show it.

Training & Expectations

Training is structured and hands-on. During your first week, you will:

  • Complete safety and HR training
  • Tour the facility
  • Learn wiring, crimping, stripping, and diagram reading
  • Build a training panel from start to finish

  • Coachability
  • Solid work history (not frequent job-hopping)
  • Genuine interest in learning something new

If you’re someone who asks questions, stays engaged, and enjoys hands-on work, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical panels and components
  • Perform point‐to‐point wiring
  • Work with circuit boards and relay panels
  • Use basic hand tools (strippers, crimpers, etc.)
  • Follow diagrams and instructions with precision
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Required:

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail
