Join Our Growing Team at Heritage Truck Equipment- Entry-Level Assembler

Location: Hartville, Ohio
Schedule: Full-Time, First Shift, 50 hours/week
Compensation: Weekly pay + Monthly Attendance Bonuses + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Heritage Truck Equipment, a leader in custom truck body manufacturing, is seeking motivated individuals to join our Mount and Prep Department. With over 20 years of consistent growth, we offer not just a job, but a pathway to a rewarding career.

What You'll Do:

  • Mount steel and aluminum truck bodies onto chassis

  • Install essential components such as lights, tarp systems, mud flaps, and side boards

  • Perform final preparations including touch-up paint and cab cleaning

  • Operate overhead cranes safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For:

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Consistent work history with reliable attendance

  • Ownership of basic tools (a list can be provided upon request)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Reliable transportation to our Hartville facility

Physical Requirements:

This is a physically active role requiring:

  • Frequent use of step ladders

  • Kneeling, squatting, sitting, and standing for extended periods

  • Use of a creeper for under-vehicle task.
