Now Hiring: Apprentice Electrician
Location: Odessa, Texas
  • We are actively seeking a dependable, safety-focused, and motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop their electrical skills while working alongside experienced professionals in a fabrication and oilfield-related environment.

Key Responsibilities but not limited too:
  • Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, panels, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Support electricians in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues efficiently and safely.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and project specifications.
  • Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with applicable electrical codes, company standards, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and maintenance activities.
  • Organize tools, equipment, and materials to support daily operations.
  • Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production schedules and project deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude and strong commitment to continuous learning and development.
Qualifications Required
  • Active Apprentice Electrician License or enrollment in an approved electrical apprenticeship program.
  • Minimum of 3 years of electrical experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, fabrication, or oilfield environments.
  • Working knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documents.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications Preferred:
  • Oilfield electrical experience.
  • Experience working in fabrication or manufacturing facilities.
  • Familiarity with electrical testing instruments and diagnostic equipment.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
  • Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and climb ladders for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments under varying conditions.
  • Ability to safely wear and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
