We are seeking a proactive and professional Application Support Specialist and Technology Business Analyst. The candidate will support multiple business units in the organization such as Global Family Office, and Global Investment Management. In this role, the candidate will work as part of an Application and Systems Support team to troubleshoot issues, leverage AI-enabled productivity tools, resolve data inconsistencies across multiple systems, and deliver end-user enablement through training, documentation, and live demos in a fast-paced, startup environment where we strive to provide white glove service and build efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously learn and apply AI best practices; promote adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Dynamics 365 Sales Copilot by coaching users on practical, productivity-focused use cases and responsible usage.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from Global Family Office users to identify opportunities where advanced AI, automation, and data-driven intelligence can deliver meaningful value. Partner closely with the AI Strategy team to transform these insights into forwardlooking concepts, validate them through experimentation and testing, and help define innovative use cases.
  • Provide production support (intake, triage, investigation, resolution, and communication) for Dynamics CRM and related business applications; track incidents and drive issues to closure.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving applications, platforms, and business requirements in a fast-paced FinTech environment, ensuring seamless support and minimal disruption to users and clients.
  • Continuously learn emerging technologies, industry trends, and platform enhancements, while proactively applying new knowledge to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness.
  • Identify, develop, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities that drive efficiencies, reduce manual effort, and enhance scalability across support operations.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset by embracing change, leading adoption of new tools and workflows, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Diagnose and resolve data inconsistencies across multiple systems (e.g., CRM, downstream reporting, and vendor platforms) by performing root-cause analysis, reconciliation, and data validation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, testers, and vendors to define requirements and deliver fixes and enhancements, such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases, that help prevent recurring production issues.
  • Develop and deliver enablement: create How To guides, best-practice playbooks, and training materials; conduct live demos and presentations of Copilot and related CRM capabilities for diverse user roles.
  • Create feedback loops to measure adoption and outcomes (usage patterns, pain points, enhancement requests) and support change management, onboarding, and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams (production support, analysis, and enablement) and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear training, demos, and user guidance.
  • Strong business / systems analyst with experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting iterative delivery (Agile preferred).
  • Hands-on production support experience, including incident triage, root-cause analysis, stakeholder updates, and driving preventative fixes.
  • Strong data troubleshooting skills: ability to reconcile records across systems, identify upstream/downstream impacts, and validate data quality using queries, exports, and reports.
  • Working knowledge of security and access concepts (roles/permissions), and comfort collaborating with IT on governance for AI-enabled tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 CRM concepts (Dataverse, entities, forms/views, reporting); familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and/or Dynamics 365 Sales Copilot is a strong plus.

Project Focus Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE), Sales Copilot, and Dynamics Real-time Marketing:

  • Experience with CRM usage, processes, data terms, and features ideally within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE).
  • Client Profile data management across entities/records, list and grid views, dashboards, and forms; validate data quality and consistency across integrated systems.
  • Security role permissions, business unit hierarchy, and user onboarding/maintenance; support access models required for AI-enabled features.
  • Outlook and Excel integration and add-ins; leverage AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Sales Copilot) to improve email/meeting follow-ups, opportunity hygiene, and client interaction documentation.
  • Dynamics 365 Marketing campaign management: emails, templates, and recipient management/reporting; partner with users to demo new capabilities and promote best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree required; advanced degree, preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of related business analyst experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of financial services experience
