Description
Kendall Toyota of Bend Full-Time Starting at $18+/Hour + Career Growth
Do you like to talk?
Perfect.
We're looking for someone who actually enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and keeping conversations moving. If you've ever worked in telemarketing, a call center, customer service, hospitality, retail, or inside sales, your superpower might be exactly what we're looking for. No, you won't be trying to sell anyone an extended warranty for their toaster. You'll be helping Toyota owners schedule service, answering questions, and making sure every customer hangs up feeling like they were taken care of.
What You'll Do
You'll be the friendly voice of our busy Toyota Service Department by:
  • Answering incoming customer calls with confidence and a smile
  • Scheduling service and recall appointments
  • Making outbound calls to customers who need service
  • Following up with service updates
  • Connecting customers with the right service advisor
  • Making every customer feel like they're talking to a real person-not a robot reading a script

You'll stay busy. Really busy. Some days you'll answer up to 30 calls an hour. If that sounds exciting instead of terrifying, keep reading.
Who Thrives Here?
You might be our person if you:
  • Actually enjoy talking on the phone
  • Can calm down frustrated customers without breaking a sweat
  • Love checking things off your to-do list
  • Can juggle multiple conversations without forgetting why someone called
  • Stay upbeat, even on Mondays
  • Believe kindness and a sense of humor can solve a lot of problems

Why Kendall Toyota of Bend?
We're one of the largest family-owned dealership groups in the Pacific Northwest, but we still believe people matter more than job titles. Many of our managers started in entry-level positions. Work hard, learn the business, and there's real opportunity to build a career here-not just collect a paycheck.
What You Get
  • Starting pay of $18.00/hour
  • Paid training
  • Career advancement opportunities
  • Paid time off and paid sick leave
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Paid Life Insurance
  • 401(k) with Fidelity
  • Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service for you and your immediate family
  • Supplemental Accident and Illness plans
