Legal Receptionist — Entry Level | Estate Planning Probate

Are you detail-oriented, client-focused, and ready to build a real career in law? DuPont Law Group is hiring a Legal Receptionist to join our Estate Planning Probate team. This is an entry-level role with a structured growth path — we promote from within and celebrate the advancement of every team member.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the first voice clients hear — answering inbound calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Conduct outbound client follow-up to confirm appointments and gather required documentation
  • Assemble estate planning document binders for client meetings
  • Attend initial client meetings and capture detailed notes for the legal team
  • Enter client data into WealthCounsel with 98%+ accuracy
  • Scan and upload executed documents into Everplans per confidentiality protocols

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional phone presence and client communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Reliable, punctual, and deeply accountable
  • A genuine drive to grow and build a professional career
  • Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred but not required

Your Growth Path:

  • This Level One role is the foundation of a clear three-level career ladder within our firm. With consistent, strong performance — tracked and reviewed quarterly — you can advance to:
  • Level Two: Draft estate planning documents, obtain Notary certification, lead execution meetings, manage client workflows in Pipedrive CRM
  • Level Three: Conduct client intake and conversion, perform advanced document drafting, handle complex client matters, and collaborate directly with attorneys
Compensation:

$13 - $15 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.
  • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
  • Plan for company trips and outings and provide itineraries to ensure off-site activities are a success
  • Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol

Qualifications:
  • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
  • 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
