Shift Timings: 1st Shift (07.00 AM – 03.30 PM)
Pay Rate:
$20 - $27/hr

Position Summary:
Aimtron is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Analyzer Technician to support our electronic manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing, troubleshooting, and validating electronic assemblies and systems. This is not an entry-level position and requires practical knowledge of electronic test procedures and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform functional and diagnostic testing on PCB assemblies and electronic systems.
  • Diagnosis of printed circuit boards and assemblies.
  • Repair and rework of electronic assemblies to the component level.
  • Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Operate test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and automated test systems.
  • Record test results and maintain accurate documentation of failures and repairs.
  • Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve issues.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) testing and validation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in electronic testing or related field (EMS environment preferred)
  • Excellent soldering and rework skills, including Surface Mount (SMT) and Through-hole (PTH)
  • Strong understanding of electronic components, circuits, and assemblies.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
  • Experience using test and measurement equipment.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • close attention to detail and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics or related field.
  • Experience in the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.
  • Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721)
