Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Technician
Location: Melbourne, FL
Employment Type: Temp to Direct
Industry: Defense & Aerospace
Compensation: $20- $22/ hour
Schedule: 9x80 2nd Shift - 3:30pm - 1:00am (every other Friday off)

About the Opportunity:
Join a collaborative manufacturing team where you'll build, test, troubleshoot, and repair complex electro-mechanical, electronic, and mechanical assemblies that support advanced products and technologies. In this hands-on role, you'll work from detailed engineering documentation, partner with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in delivering high-quality products while meeting production goals and maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

What You'll Do:
  • Assemble, disassemble, test, troubleshoot, repair, and rework electro-mechanical, electronic, optical, and mechanical assemblies in accordance with engineering specifications and production requirements.
  • Interpret complex wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, engineering specifications, operation sheets, and standard operating procedures to ensure accurate, high-quality workmanship.
  • Provide technical support to engineers and production teams by assisting with prototype development, testing, process improvements, and production builds.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain the efficient flow of materials and information while adapting priorities to meet changing production demands.
  • Monitor and achieve key performance objectives, including production schedules, product quality, inventory awareness, and compliance with established standards.
  • Maintain compliance with all company safety policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable certifications while promoting a safe and organized work environment.
