Job description

Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler (Wire Harness)
Location: Chandler, AZ
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (OT as needed)
Pay: $18–$25/hour (based on experience)


About the Role

C.E. Precision Assemblies (CEPA), a Trexon company, is hiring Manufacturing Assemblers to support our growing aerospace and defense programs.

This role is responsible for building high-quality wire harnesses and assemblies used in critical applications. We are open to both experienced technicians and entry-level candidates who are eager to learn a skilled trade.

What You'll Do
  • Assemble wire harnesses and components using hand tools and equipment
  • Follow work instructions, drawings, and production travelers
  • Perform tasks such as crimping, stripping, routing, labeling, and soldering
  • Inspect your own work to ensure quality and compliance
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

For Experienced Candidates:

  • Previous wire harness assembly, electronics assembly, or soldering experience
  • Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 and/or J-STD-001 (preferred, not required)
  • Ability to read drawings and follow detailed instructions

For Entry-Level Candidates:

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic Requirements (All Candidates)
  • Ability to read and understand basic work instructions
  • Ability to use basic measuring tools (ruler, tape measure, etc.)
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
