THE POSITION
Hiring Immediately - As a full-time Sales Development Representative, you'll engage with new and existing customers to identify their home remodeling needs and provide solutions. After several weeks of Victory's MBA-style classroom training, you'll be set for success with top-tier communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. This base-salary + commission role is the ideal launchpad into other positions in our business, which is why 90% of our senior leadership team started in this same role.
