Job description

IT Field Service Tech

Location: Bloomingdale IL

Shift is M-F 3 PM to 12 AM with a 1 hr lunch. OT possible. Must live near zip code 60108 in Bloomingdale IL. Must have good admin and organizational skills. This is a Tech 1 position must have basic knowledge of printer, laptop, desktop, server and network.

Transition rate upon full time hire to CompuCom will be $19-20.00 for qualified technicians. Please make sure you set that expectation up front. Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA's)

Technician will travel to each client's location. Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer.

Works under general supervision. Local travel required for daily dispatch, Driver's License, Reliable Vehicle, Must pass Drug Test & Background Check. A+ certification required within 6 months of hire.

Entry level to medium years of experience required. Exact work location: Chicago area.
