Full-Time | Entry-Level

TVT Enterprises is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives.

This is an entry-level, face-to-face outside sales position where you'll meet directly with prospective customers, educate them on available products and services, and provide solutions that fit their needs.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and professional development to help you build a successful career in sales.

Employees who demonstrate strong performance and leadership potential may have the opportunity to qualify for future leadership and management opportunities as our company continues to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective customers in person to discuss products and services
  • Build relationships and provide personalized solutions based on customer needs
  • Learn consultative sales and customer acquisition techniques
  • Maintain product knowledge and communicate current promotions
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development
  • Work toward individual and team performance goals

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
