Overview Tecolote's Corporate Headquarters is seeking an enthusiastic, flexible, and bright person interested in Government Contracting as a career. Based on Company growth and requirements, the entry-level Business Associate will support the Corporate Headquarters Contracts Organization. Responsibilities * Provide assistance in the establishment and monitoring of contract information into Tecolote's Contracts database system; monitor deliverables and funding requirements; assist with Non-Disclosure Agreements, review and approval of Subcontractor invoices as well as supporting contract closures. * Compile and prepare monthly financial and contractual reports for management review. * Work closely with other departments (Accounting, Human Resources, Operations) to ensure adherence to customer and regulatory requirements. Skills Required * Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline. * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Attention to detail. * Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Word. * With recurring interaction at all levels within the company as well as external customers, excellent written and communications are a necessity. * Strong commitment and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment is critical. * Desired Qualifications: * 0 - 2 years business, contracts, or related experience * Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000/Year, DOE Education A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in business or finance (or other concentration with 24 semester hours of business-related courses).
