YOU have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent; Master's degree a plus
  • CPA license required
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience within a public accounting firm
  • Proficiency in corporate, individual, real estate and partnership taxation
  • Expertise in choice of entity and multi-state tax issues
  • Mastery of tax and tax research
  • Presentation skills and strong organizational techniques are required
  • Good technical, communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple tasks and projects while working with staff members, partners and clients
  • High motivation and passion for the profession a must
