The company is privately owned by husband and wife duo, Bill and Lori Northrup. Over the past 40+ years, the company has grown from Stride Tool’s line of specialty hand tools, to inventing the iManifold® and iManifold Pulse® (industry-leading technology to gather HVAC data for technicians and contractors) to a broad line of vocational training units including state-of-the-art Building Automation System (BAS) simulators with full curriculum.  The company is headquartered in Ellicottville, a ski town in the hills of western New York State about 45 miles south of Buffalo, NY.
