About the Role:

MCL Talent Partners is hiring on behalf of a client in Clive for Client AccountManagers to oversee client relationships and support account growth. This entry-level roleemphasizes organization, professional communication, and delivering a high standard ofclient service. Training and mentorship are provided to help you develop a career in clientaccount management.

You will meet with clients, present options, and manage ongoing accounts. Strong performers have a clear path to advance. This is a performance-based position — your results determine your income.

What you'll do:

  • Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers
  • Present benefit solutions and enroll clients
  • Manage and grow your assigned accounts
  • Conduct follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work a structured Monday–Friday daytime schedule
