  • Partner with sales and marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
  • Actively build your presence on LinkedIn and represent the SIB | SpendBrain brand
  • Use data insights and internal tools to prioritize outreach and identify high-potential opportunities
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets
Requirements:

What You Bring

  • Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and professional
  • Comfortable engaging with new people and handling rejection
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Curiosity and desire to understand how businesses operate
  • Coachable, competitive, and motivated to succeed in a performance-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo) is a plus

  • Ability to use data and tools effectively to guide prospecting and outreach decisions
  • Continuous learning and willingness to improve

Why Join SIB | SpendBrain

  • Direct impact on revenue growth and company performance
  • Clear career path into Account Executive and beyond
  • Exposure to senior-level business conversations early in your career
  • Collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Opportunity to learn how to sell value-based, outcome-driven solutions

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $65,000
  • Bonus: Performance-based (OTE ~$70K–$85K)
