Volt is immediately hiring for Multiple Entry Level Production Workers in Garden Grove, CA
We're Hiring for the Following Positions:
  • Automatic Grind/Deburring
  • Die Room Attendant
  • Tool Makers
  • Spray Booth Attendant
  • Metal Wash Operators
  • Plating operator
  • Sandblasting operator

This is a full-time temp to hire opportunity.
Shifts Available:
Monday - Friday
1st shift: 4am to 2:30 pm
2nd shift: 2:15pm-10:45pm
3rd shift: 8pm to 4:30am
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred not required (entry-level roles available)
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, or schematics (for skilled roles)
  • Basic math and measurement skills (using calipers, micrometers, etc.)
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Pay Rate: $18.00-19.00 per hour DOE
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
