Job description

Job Title: Seasonal Part-Time Office Assistant
Location: Madison, WI (West Side)
Employment Type: Seasonal | Part-Time
Pay: $18–$19 per hour

Schedule: Weekdays + Weekends | Late Winter through Late September/Early October


About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established residential apartment community on Madison’s west side to hire a Seasonal Part-Time Office Assistant to support the team during their busy leasing season.


This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for consistent part-time hours with required weekend availability.


The position will begin soon and run through late September or early October.

Schedule

  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 1 to 2 weekdays per week
  • 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays
  • 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Sundays
  • Weekend availability is required


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and prospective tenants in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Distribute flyers and notices to apartment doors and buildings
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Filing and general administrative support
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by management
  • Comply with all Federal, State, and Local Fair Housing laws (training provided)
