  • Serve as the global process owner for the Base Rollout Process (BROP)

  • Develop and maintain the BROP framework, standards, policies, templates, and governance model

  • Support the long-term roadmap for BROP as it aligns with release process maturity and Software Defined Vehicle initiatives

  • Ensure release management processes remain scalable across vehicle programs, domains, and regions

  • Establish global governance mechanisms to drive process adherence and quality

  • Define process entry and exit criteria, release readiness requirements, and decision frameworks

  • Conduct process assessments and audits to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Lead collaboration efforts across global engineering, validation, cybersecurity, systems engineering, and product organizations

  • Monitor and report on release management metrics, operational metrics, and process maturity indicators

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by establishing feedback loops and driving sustainable process adoption


Requirements
