PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (A Day in the Life)
In this key role, you will support daily office operations and deliver exceptional customer service by:
  • Organizing and dispatching service and delivery calls
  • Handling incoming customer calls and walk-ins; resolving issues and delivering outstanding service
  • Coordinating in-home appointments and installations with the Sales department
  • Assisting with inventory management and control
  • Preparing reports related to cash flow, billing, sales, and service operations
  • Making proactive customer calls for past-due collections and other revenue-generating activities
  • Supporting dealership operations through strong communication and administrative accuracy
  • Participating in formal training designed to support your long-term career growth
